About GiftsDear

GiftsDear is an online shop based in Dublin, California, United States. We sell handmade crochet flowers, bouquets, custom gifts, and downloadable crochet PDF patterns.

Products and descriptions

Physical handmade products may have minor variations because they are made by hand. Product pages identify whether an item is a physical product or a digital PDF pattern. Digital patterns are downloadable files, not finished physical goods.

Prices and orders

Prices and currency are shown on the product page and checkout page. An order is accepted after payment is authorized. We may cancel an order when there is a clear pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason; if we cancel, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled order.

Delivery

Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy. Digital PDF patterns are delivered electronically after successful payment. Please contact us if a digital file cannot be accessed.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Digital products are generally non-returnable after download or access, except for defective, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed files.

Digital product license

Digital patterns are licensed for personal use unless the product page states otherwise. You may print or use the pattern for your own crochet work, but you may not redistribute, resell, share, or upload the digital file or claim the pattern as your own.
