Physical handmade products
Processing time
Physical crochet flowers, bouquets, and made-to-order gifts usually require 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.
Estimated delivery
- United States standard delivery: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International delivery: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping rates
Available shipping methods and the applicable cost are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping is available only when the qualifying order or promotion says so.
Tracking and customs
A tracking number will be emailed when an order ships. International customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Lost or damaged packages
Please contact us at support@giftsdear.com with your order number if a package is lost or arrives damaged. We will review the case and provide next steps.
Digital PDF patterns
Digital crochet PDF patterns are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical shipment is made and no shipping fee applies to a digital-only order.
