Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Incorrect items sent

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse unless the listing was misleading.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@giftsdear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse
