Return & Refund Policy

GiftsDear sells both physical handmade crochet products and downloadable digital crochet PDF patterns. The rules below explain how returns, refunds, and digital purchases are handled.
Physical products
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.
Eligible reasons
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was significantly different from its product description
- The wrong item was sent
Non-returnable physical products
- Custom or personalized orders, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed order
- Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Return shipping
If the return is caused by damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, GiftsDear will provide return-shipping instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping.
Digital PDF patterns
Digital crochet PDF patterns are delivered electronically after payment. They are not physical products and do not require shipping.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital pattern purchases are non-returnable after download or access, except when the file is defective, cannot be accessed, or is materially different from its description. Please contact us before downloading if you need help with your order.
How to request help or a refund
- Email support@giftsdear.com within 14 days of delivery for a physical-product issue, or promptly after purchase for a digital-file issue.
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for your request, and clear photos or screenshots when relevant.
- We will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund process
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time is normally 5–7 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may take longer.
